What other books or literature about happiness would you suggest?

What do you think of habits/vices? People smoke and drink to deal with stress...do these habits make people happier in short term and long term if they keep them in moderation?

What would you suggest that people do to stay happy despite the many struggles we are facing with our bad economy...high bills, loss of jobs, etc...

You talk about happy people being those people that don't just sit around but rather are intentional and go after what they want. But, the happiest people I have met are in small villages in low income areas of Asia and Africa. These people aren't intentional. How do you explain that?
